The job was done very efficiently. Chris was exceptionally nice, professional, and helpful. He is extremely detail-oriented and kept me updated on the progress of the work almost daily. The car looks very good—one would never know it had been hit. However, I am a little disappointed about a knocking sound I began hearing after the accident. I brought it to Chris’s attention and asked if it could be checked. He told me they had test-driven the car and did not hear any knocking. When I picked up the car, though, I heard the noise within a minute of driving. I was a bit upset by this. I did not take the car back to the shop; instead, I plan to bring it to my mechanic. I still believe it may be something that could have been taken care of at the body shop.
