I understand the insurance would only pay for used parts, but y'all did amazing with what you had. The paint job is perfect, we're very happy with the work, and we appreciate y'all dealing with the insurance. Although it took a couple of weeks, it was worth the wait. I'd rather you reject a part and I wait than you just put it on my car to get it out faster. To top it off, thank you to whomever returned our car clean. That is so appreciated and not something you even had to do, and you did a fantastic job at that. We are very happy with what we got back, thank you! Will use again if ever needed"
