I see the dent and deep scratches are gone but car was not cleaned properly so vehicle looks scratched still currently as we have not yet had a chance to give it a wash to make sure all is good.

Looks better than when I bought it! Only little thing is the door doesn't shut quite as easily as before, but all the other doors shut that way too, so you guys probably corrected it. Very minor inconvenience but nothing to really complain about.

I misunderstood the point of the first meeting, thinking I'd leave the car with you then and there, and would have rescheduled the rental, but you made it work. For that I'm very grateful.

Totally satisfied. The car repair was done as expected, and ready when they estimated it would be. It looks amazing, all damage repaired, and you would never know it ever happened. I would highly recommend Tyler and Guy.

The replacement tailgate was not armor coated, like the rest of the pickup bed, when I came in to get my pickup. To be fair, the closest place where they do armor coating now is in Silverdale, 1 1/2 hours away. If I wanted Tyler and Guy to do it, it would’ve taken a few more days for them to drive the pickup down there, get the coating done, and drive it back at no extra cost. I needed my pickup back sooner, so I chose to plan to drive down to Silverdale to get the work done when it was convenient, and have them send the bill to Tyler and Guy.
