Hail damage not done in a week what I was told; no update and it took three weeks and still has 10 items not fixed correctly and waiting for a call as when it can be fixed.

Didn’t look over truck before I picked it up. Charged my insurance for detailing and I am not sure what they did because it wasn’t clean on inside, the truck is not shiny like before and there were scraps of paint chips in the bed of truck.

The collision dept. said we needed a new bumper. I was surprised that a new bumper was needed for so little damage, but I consider their opinion trustworthy and honest the service was fast and convenient. In and out very efficiently and with out issue.

Scott the Collision Manager did a great job helping to manage our repairs. Progressive Insurance was terrible and he was very helpful in keeping the process moving and providing updates. Ultimately, our insurance provider processed the claim and he completed that quickly.
