The fix was very well done and thorough. The only down side was how long we had to wait for parts before the car could get fixed but I know the business only has limited control of that

Was told that one of the guys working there wanted to test drive my car. Not sure if they did or not but I now have a weird sound coming from my rear wheel well that wasn't there before.

They do phenomenal work! Truck looks amazing after they were done with it. I just wish they were a bit easier to get ahold of but its because they're so busy

My wife & I run the Applebee's in brookings. (It's much better now I swear). But we tell all our staff and even customers who bring up body work or vehicle repairs. Again. We will only be going here for the rest of our vehicles customizations.

The repairs were perfect. When I bought my truck it had mostly all aftermarket front end. And when she killed a deer. Well most was gone. So we had to pick what we could get. And the new grill is 100x better. Everything about the truck is just me and I couldn't be happier.

Ultimate Collision is over the moon. They helped my wife and I with a totaled vehicle. Than about a month later, when I bought a new truck. I hit a deer right after leaving the dealership. They went above and beyond keeping us updated thru the process for both vehicles. They are some of the kindest and nice people we've met here in brookings. And my new truck came out so nice! Everything works the way it should. And it looks clean. If you have body work to be done go here. They will literally do all they can and more to meet your needs. We plan on doing both my truck and my wife's jeep customizations here. Wouldn't think to go anywhere else. Thank you so much everyone at ultimate collision. We found several hail dents that weren’t fixed located on the back of the trunk and at least 6 on top of the cars hood top also both headlights are out of alignment bad .
