I cannot say enough good things about the work Ultimate Collision did on my car. They were so easy to communicate with and they put in extra time to have it repaired in time for a vacation we already had booked. The work is top quality too-my car looks brand new. The whole experience from start to finish was really awesome!

A “molding” was forgotten, ordered and then found to be the wrong one necessitating two extra trips to have it replaced.

To be honest my car came back to me looking better than I imagined. They were kind and easy to work with. They are hard to get into within a timely manner but worth the wait. They could easily expand their building and employees and continue to serve the community for a long time. Happy I choose them!!

It took 4 months from the estimate dec 9 th Said it they couldnt get to it until march 18th the ask me to bring it 3/20 which i did and said 2 weeks I called after 2 weeks and they said someone quit on them it would be a couple more days. I called after that and they said they could not match paint and had to call paint specialist I talked to State Farm and they got in touch with the body shop and told me they said they were painting 3/17 then putting together 3/18 The estimate was increased substantially When my wife went to pick it up and pay our $500 deductible they were very rude that we talked to state Farm and the owner told her people think they can bring a car with $10,000 damage and get it in front door and out the back. That was un called for as she had nothing to do with it except pick it up. Also originally it was a little over $5000 not 10 I will not hopefully never have another claim but i will not take it to them i will take it to Ronco in Litchfield. I feel like they owe my wife an apology since she was not even involed with any of it. Michael Oakley 217-556-9046
