Communication was great, and the repairs look absolutely perfect. I was worried about the paint matching, since I have a pearl white/sparkly paint, but they matched it exactly. I'm 100% happy with their work.

They had to replace and repaint my driver's side door and power outside mirror. They matched the color absolutely PERFECTLY. My car is a white pearl metallic, so I was a little worried, but they did a spectacular job. The repair is completely indistinguishable from the rest of the vehicle. It's just perfect. And the door is aligned exactly right (it was a little off before they replaced it), and everything is just right. I highly recommend them.

Their customer service was great. They estimated 5 days, and that's exactly what it took. Communication was exactly as I would want.

The experience from start to finish was top-tier. The body work I needed done was done quickly. I was informed each step of the way. They took care of me every step of the way.

My door replacement was done quickly. The paint is exact to the rest of the vehicle. Top-tier work all around.

I was taken care of quickly when I went into the office. I was also contacted by Ultra Body and informed regularly about what was going on with my car.

Lack of Communication with the insurance company and rental company. Few issues with getting information from ultra to confirm date of drop off and rental agreements. Also my tire light has been on since the 7th, and my back left tire pressure read 14.. trying my best to get it back to the shop for them to asses.
