In 1996, Don Bone, a third-generation collision repair shop owner and craftsman, opened Uni-Tech Collision Repair. At our shop, we only use the most current technology and quality materials. In addition, we carry all the broadly recognized industry-related certifications. It would have been a 10 but there was some lack of communication at the start. Dropped the car off on a Tuesday morning and was told I would get an update Thursday and if everything went well I would hopefully get the car back that Friday. Did not recieve a call Thursday or even Friday. I waited until Monday to call back and was then told the car wouldn't be ready until the next Friday (a week later than originally proposed). I expressed my disaatisfaction with the communication at which point the communication improved greatly. There was a series of mishaps that led to additional delays but these were mostly beyond Uni-Tec's control.

Uni-Tech was wonderful! They kept me in the loop and sent frequent updates on the status of my repairs and when the car would be complete. I would definitely recommend them! Oh, and, the staff was all very professional and friendly!!
