In 1996, Don Bone, a third-generation collision repair shop owner and craftsman, opened Uni-Tech Collision Repair. At our shop, we only use the most current technology and quality materials. My only complaint was that no one could get communications straight, at no time did anyone do business with David, the one you addressed the surv ey to. I, also an owner of the car and State Farm policy holder along with David. I left my phone # and email, but any calls always first went to David instead of me-which caused mid or lack of communication since he doesn’t see is phone calls and emails until the end of his workday as he travels back to Annapolis on a bus.
