The results look great, it was wonderfully clean inside, and I've found no problems with the door function, etc. The only reason I didn't give the shop a 10 was because of the length of time it took to complete repairs.

I would have given you a 10 if the work hadn't taken so long. Almost three weeks is a long time in a rental car. But you did a beautiful job and the interior was delightfully clean on return. That was a treat.
