Mike was really helpful. When I first went in for the estimate he explained the entire repair process. Before I left he even secured the broken piece of my bumper without charging me for it and stressed that there was no rush to get the repair done which made me feel a lot better. The repair was done a day after I dropped off my car! It was really fast and seamless and I was kept updated the entire time. The final cost was what I was originally told it was going to be, no hidden fees or additions. I easily paid over the phone and went to pick up my car after hours. The lockbox dials were stuck, maybe because it was raining? Thankfully a mechanic saw me struggling to open the box and opened it for me with the key. Overall great experience.
