While I’d like to reply I was highly satisfied because of the customer service at the front, the inconvenience and miscommunication requires a lower rating. The repair to the back of my car was done well, however I paid out of pocket for a small repair to the front of my car and that was incomplete on the first job. I had to return to it to Universal which was quite inconvenient considering I previously had a rental car provided by my insurance company.

Couldn’t be happier. When a tree fell onto my 5 month old car I was devastated. My prior car never made me happy but I loved this one. Universal was recommended to me and they were outstanding. When I picked up the repaired car it looked like the day I picked it up from the dealer!! I was thrilled.
