Universe Auto body has no QC (Quality Control) check off when a vehicle is ready. The body shop is quick to call you to pick up your vehicle, but No One is checking to make sure the work that's being paid for is actually completed.

I was told, after I had to return 3 days later, for a part (accessory) that they neglected to put in, that their " doing me a favor " by coming in early to put in that they charged Geico $55.00 hour for labor.

Lisa was knowledgeable, efficient and helped us navigate the recovery/ repair process after our car was vandalized. Universe Auto Body went way and beyond my expectations, these are good people you can trust them! they made me feel secure and relax, they took care of my car, it looks way more better now than before and they even fixed some minor detailing issues inside and outside my car that was not part of the repair they even did an engine wash and a car wash which I did not expect at all. I was more than satisfied. The customer service was exceptional. When I went to pick up my car, a gentleman's when to assist me out of the car (I walk with a cane) and asked if I was there for the Ford Escape…I’ve never seen him before but he knew, somehow, why I was there. It’s not like my car was the only one there. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Oh, one last thing, I’m very happy with how the car looks. Thank you and a Happy Thanksgiving to everyone.
