I must say when I brought my car in I was upset but the young lady Lisa and another gentleman outside very polite made me smile and laugh.They both reinsure me every thing will be ok.The young lady Lisa was very professional polite she was patient she allowed me to vent ,she explained everything to me made sure I understood everything .she called me to inform me about everything that was going with car once she got the information she let me knew when the car was ready When I came to pick up the car she did a walk threw with the car to make everything was fine that i was satisfied. Her energy is a ray of sunshine beautiful personality. Thank you Lisa for all your help👍🤝💯

the customer service was amazing from the minute Geico put the claim in until the day i received my car. I got my car back in less than two weeks and the work that was done was perfect. my car looks brand new! i would definitely recommend Universe Auto shop.

The paint doesn't match, my light is cloudy in the inside, there wasn't anything wrong with the inside of my car since I got it back yesterday 1/5/16 I have noticed my glovebox light is gone and the passenger side panel in coming off.... I am really disappointed in this service because before the accident my car didn't have any problems.... I was also assured my car would be as new when I receive it back that wasn't the case... For my car to been gone for 6 business days the work wasn't worth 6500

The service was fine. I would strongly suggest that they get rid of the automated message to the customer which gives the wrong information and confuses one. For example I was told the car would be ready for pickup on Thursday by Danny the GEI CO rep, but the message said Friday at 4, not once but twice.

Great job. I just wish they would have let me know in advance when my car was ready for pick up and not 2 hours before closing the business. I had to move things around to pick up my car. I had a rental car and if I stayed with the car an extra day after my car was fixed, I would have to pay for that extra day. Overall experience was good.
