The staff at this place are good people, and I am totally satisfied with the team of workers. I didn’t have to worry about deadlines, pressure, etc. let me put it this way…if there were a zombie apocalypse, and I was locked in with this crew, I would survive to live out the storm.

They were kind and helpful. However, once the repairs were finished they just took payment and pointed to where you could find your car. No one went out to the car to review the work that had been completed.

This is my 2nd visit. Both times I was 100% satisfied with the turn around time and the quality of work performed. Kevin is fantastic, very polite, personal and professional. Good body work, friendly people, but had a couple of bad experiences, so I’m not sure that I would. Hopefully, my experience was just an outlier, and exception to the rule.

The exterior panel and trim repair was excellent. But, within a week of getting the car back, the engine has overheated and is back in a local shop for further diagnosis and repairs.

Nice people, nice owner. But the new text messaging system they now have there sent a premature text message to me, saying, and I quote, “Your Chevrolet is all fixed and ready to come home!”. I live 3 hours away and figured I get a call while driving there from my home to the shop to arrange picking up the vehicle. Instead, I got to the shop 3 hours later and found out the car was not fixed and wouldn’t be for 3 more business days. Also, when I called on Wednesday to see if the car was ready, the technician said he had been trying to call me to let me know the repairs were done. I never received any calls from the shop and felt he was lying to me. I even check my phone records to see if I just missed his call attempts. Nope…nothing…no calls from the shop. I was disappointed in that. I wasn’t going to do this survey because I didn’t want to be the bearer of bad news, but after receiving numerous texts and emails wanting my opinion, I decided to do it.
