My issue isn’t that the tire was replaced—it’s that I was never asked to approve a nearly $700 charge before the work was done. I missed the text with the price, so I never responded or authorized it. If I had been asked, I would have simply taken the vehicle home and replaced it myself with one of the four matching tires I already have in my garage. I just believe a purchase of that size should always require the customer’s approval beforehand.

5 star experience. Upon arrival and diagnosis, my part needed time to arrive. Jonathon and Mike made an effort to accommodate my vehicle in the meantime so I could safely drive it. I’m new to the Vegas area and it feels great to have a trusted mechanic I can come to as opposed to always waiting on scheduled service with the dealership. No to mention, Family owned!
