WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! This is how I will describe my experience at Upland Collision from the time I dropped off my car to picking up my car. I met with Ralph the owner, he explained the time frame, gave me a ride back home and offered to pick me up when the car was ready. Ralph was contently following up on the progress of my car getting fixed. He went out of his way to check the whole car and addressed all my concerns. My car was ready when he said it will be ready. This is the best customer experience I have had. I car looks like I just brought it from the dealership. Thank You Ralph!5 Star service!!! Everyone should take their car to Upland Collision Craft in Upland, CA.
