Upland Collision is AMAZING! Ralph was incredibly communicative the entire time, sending me pictures of each step they took and updating me on the time I could come pick my car up (which was super quick, by the way!!). They did not leave the rest of my car how they found it, then tried to give it back to me damaged. I had to fight for myself, it even says on my invoice that a part that repaired was right where the damage was where you remove it.

They are terrible at communicating, they only listened to the problems of a man was presented. They lied on several different occasions, (they said only one headlight was taken out, invoice says otherwise), then the dings, then they said they would go over the invoice which they did not. I found out all this information because I am somewhat knowledgeable about cars and read the invoice myself
