I was so impressed by all the correspondence from Nikki as to what was happening with the vehicle. I am also so grateful she went to bat for us with the insurance company who was trying to make us travel 30 minutes for another estimate, get a rental from Kenosha, etc., she is an amazing woman. She didn’t just hand us the keys to the car, she took us outside and explained everything that was done to the vehicle. I would highly recommend Uptown Auto Body.
