I was in an accident and took my truck to Uptown Auto Body. I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. They gave me an estimate right away and were able to take my truck in the same day. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, with almost daily updates, and the repairs were completed exactly when they said they would be. The repair work was a 10. The drivers mirror and window matched and are working fine. 8 was for overall. The front desk personnel are the first impression for your company. I have brought My vehicles to this shop for many years. I believe this is the first under new ownership.
