I want to thank Utopia for doing a wonderful job on the repair of my car. They took my car right away, promised it back to me within a reasonable amount of time and got it back just about a week earlier. I’m very pleased with them and give them 10 stars oh and by the way, Rick was great to work with.

They were very prompt about reaching out to arrange our repair, arranged for a car rental service to pick me up, had good communication and were very friendly. The only reason it's a 9 instead of a 10 was because a few days after getting our car back, it died and it had to be towed back to the shop. However, Utopia arranged the tow and they arrived within 30 minutes to pick it up and we had it back within a day or 2. We are satisfied with the service and grateful that Utopia was there to help us navigate this process.

They left a little green mark on the rubber part of the bumper from when they marked the damage area. It’s permanent and won’t come off.
