There were two small blemishes on the paint after the job was completed. The positive battery cable was not fully connected to the battery terminal either when I received the vehicle back from Utopia. This almost caused my wife to get into a serious collision on the way home from running to the store.

drivers door mirror was supposed to be replaced with NEW, paperwork said they sourced one from a junkyard but it was damaged so the original mirror was still on there, I am 100% sure. Door handles still had scratch marks in them, not removed. Car was washed but very poorly. Not impressed

The repairs that were completed are good. But my trunk wasn't fixed, and I can't take more time off to bring my car back in.

Their hours make it very difficult to get in/out. Lack of adequate communication, and not all the work was done.

My interior was super dirty tho. Dirt everywhere and lots of white spots that were not there before
