Based upon the courtesy I received during my most recent visit, and the fact that the work was completed in a timely fashion, I would recommend Valley Collision to others. That was not the case after my first experience.

Or vehicle was returned good as new. You couldn't even tell where the deer was hit. The time that it took to fix it was outstanding. 8 days is just about unheard-of after an accident.

You made 2 promise dates failed to meet them which is not the bad thing but no call to let me know your not going to meet them that's not good customer service filled my truck up with gas 20 minutes before my wreck pulled my bank records showing I did got it on empty so now going to the BBB to file a complaint
