Very likely the communication needs to be better there I know they’re busy but they still need to be communication with the customer about the vehicle when it’s gonna get done and if there’s any other changes, they need to call the customer and let them know that this is what’s going on with your vehicle

I was very pleased, when I got my Toyota Tacoma back, it was very clean. I am very well taken care of and they did a great job on putting things back together on my on my truck very pleased
