So far nearly everything seems to be going well. The only problem I have noticed is an occasional rattling sound coming from under the car. It is not very loud but if it persists I will bring it in for you to check.

Scott was great to work with. The repair was done quickly once we got it in. The work was awesome and the car looks like nothing ever happened. Everything electrical works great also! If I ever need auto body work done again I will take it there.

Was so professional, kind, and fast about getting it done! I didn't have to jump through any hoops or extra expenses. And maybe it's just part of getting the paint job done, but they washed my car outside, and inside as well! Like a good deep clean too! I was happily surprised at how clean my car was when I picked it up! Thank you Velocity!! <3

The workmanship on repair & detail cleaning of vehicles interior were top notch. But your system for communicating progress & completions is strongly lacking. I dropped my car off 2 Mondays ago on 8/7. I was told it should be done by Wednesday as it was a simple job. Got an email the next day, Tuesday 8/8, which said I'd get updates of progress. I had never received an update or heard anything by 11am on Friday the 11th so I called. I was it was done & ready for pickup. I have no idea how long it had been done & considering I was renting a car it was important to not spend unnecessary money on that big expense. At 5:52 pm today I received 2 emails from your automated system. One said my car was ready & someone would call me to arrange pick if someone hadn't called already. The other said the work on my car was done & Velocity was happy to have helped (or something like that). That's over 6 days (over 4 business since picked up around noon) after I picked it up, still not sure when it was actually ready since no one called me or email system gave updates. Seems like your paying for an automated e-mail system you're not really using & wasting money & my time with false information.
