You all did a fantastic job. You got me in for inspection, ordered parts & repaired the damaged to the under carriage cover, front wheel well covers & front & back bumpers in a week's time. Damage caused by huge tire retread on hwy. I can't thank you & your crew enough. 10 stars for Velocity Auto Body. I will tell everyone about your great work. They even cleaned & vacuumed car interior. Best in town. 👍😊

I was satisfied with the repairs but I wish I had gotten it fixed sooner. The first day I tried to take it in there was confusion about the insurance coverage… the second time I called around thanksgiving they didn’t get back to me and I had to call again before I got a set appointment. I understand that the first circumstance was not velocity’s fault, but other than that I really am satisfied. The staff were so supportive and friendly and helpful under the circumstances.
