Mikayla was wonderfully helpful and made the entire process easy and took all the confusion out of it. She made dealing with the insurance company easier than I had imagined, and got the necessary forms to my email for quick review and signing to get the parts in and start the repair.

Paint problem with fog lights (well documented on line). Truck was at 36,400 by the time I got it in shop. Called and took pictures 6 days before but couldn’t get in. Then got “out of warranty” response and no appeal or follow thru w GMC. Seems Weak for an $80k product.

Our Vendetti Collision Center experience was very pleasant, and in fact we have already recommended them to the colleagues we have spoken to.

The repair and replacement quality for all of the non-painted parts was second to none. The replacement of the one Black painted part needs to be improved, and as such the defects were not caught until the final quality check. If the defects were noticed prior to the part being mounted to the vehicle, it would have passed the final quality check, and then we would not have had to bring the vehicle back to Vendetti for rework.

I am extremely happy with all the staff in the body shop department. They were professional and kept me informed every step of the way. I even received a follow up call after I picked up my car. You have earned a loyal customer and although I hope I won't need body work again I will continue to use Vendetti for my vehicle needs.
