1. The paint job for the bumper wasn't complete. Insurance would cover the damage but I would have to cover the pre-peeling damage. Instead of calling me and asking me if I would like to proceed, they just didn't do it. 2. The steering was messed up from the accident, but they didn't fix it immediately, instead of listening to me, we went back and forth about the car a few times before they finally took it back to fix.
