They called me that the truck was ready to be picked up. I had to leave work and drive all the way to Fenton, give them the check State Farm had mailed to me for payment, when my son checked the truck, tail light on the left not working. So we had to go home and come back the next day because the don’t have technician available at that time. It wasted us time and energy, they should’ve done a 9 point check or just even a quick check to make sure after they installed the rare bumper and the tail light to make sure that both lights are working…

The collision shop was super easy to work with and got our car(s) in and out! And they look great! The service body shop is also amazing! They got my daughter's car in same day, fixed it and the cost was very reasonable! Thank you!

Jessica was fantastic facilitating everything repair took a bit longer than expected the provided loaner made this a bit easier. Text message rolled in all of them for the repair after I had picked up and paid so that was a bit odd that the communication system need to be worked on. Repairs seems to be done correctly I am not a car person so couldn't tell unless it was obvious.

Jessie at the Body Shop was absolutely wonderful!!!! I'm super happy to have my car fixed and everything, and everyone did a great job with that as well. Jessie was the best at explaining everything and was so helpful. She even grabbed my garage door opener from the rental for me when I forgot.
