Communication and updates would have been nice when additional damage was discovered requiring more time. We understand this happens but would have liked a phone call instead of finding out when we called the day it was to be completed

They were quite friendly in person. They were quite friendly over the phone. They simply didn’t call me back. I had to call them. I spent an extra $200 on my loaner car than I expected as a result.
