The time in the shop was excessive but the attempt to provide additional work went a long way to getting me from 1 to 6.

The service was horrible not even close to bad they don't do their work right. They lie And the mechanics don't know how to do their work they suck they try to make me believe what they want fake confirms. I when they're to fix something and they gave me the car with more problems they have kept my car for over three months and they have not done a good job horrible horrible. When they finally gave my car back it came with issues that the cat didn't have. The sensor didn't work so I have to give it what when they fixed that the bumper was loose they put some screws that didn't belong on my car I disliked my experience you guys should work on that and your secretary is the worse she got an attitude and is not helpful on anything your mechanics don't even know about cars get them to study and get well inform their outdated get better people. And I hope my car works you guys suck get an update on the cars were not on the 90s or 80s you guys suck***.

Overall the area that needed to be repaired got fixed. However, the doors and rocker panel do not line up anymore. There are large gaps betweem the body lines. Also, my car sat outside for over a month during the rain season and ofher contaminants in the area sat and bonded to my paint. The car is black so immediately you are able to see hard water spots and other stains that are impossible to remove on the paint. I wasnt able to notice how severe the contamination was until I washed the car myself and it felt like I was going over sandpaper. A detail wouldve been a nice gesture considering how long the car was just sitting at the shop. When they did start to work on it the job was rushed from what it looks like.

No one knows what they’re talking about. They tell you what you want to hear. They hold your car for a month to rack up storage fee with insurance company. Very shady business going on. Never gave me a solid release date. Kept postponing my date. Had my car for 3 weeks before started any work on it. Never called for updates when they said they would. I always had to call in and ask for a status update. Do not trust these people. Recommend to everyone to stay away from this center. Never seen or heard of a collision center that is ran so poorly.
