This turned out so much better than I expected. Because of where it was and new car technology, but I am so pleased everyone there was so nice to me so patient with me and all my questions. They helped me with my rental car and gave me options and they kept me updated as to what was going on with my car. I cannot speak highly enough about all of them the lady in the front I can't remember her name, even though she was terribly busy was always kind to me. She knew that I was like a fish out of water having never done this before, and she was patient and explained to me as best as she could what was going on.
