I read bad reviews about Vitales but personally heard good things and Taylor Chevy sent me there as if they send all customers there so I figured my truck would look like new when repaired. The cost was less than other estimates I had at other shops, but I wouldn’t come back or send anyone there after being disappointed with the work.

The paint looks good. The body work does not look good. My truck wasn’t even in an accident. It was only dented.. I expected a much better job, especially with the truck only being eight months old.
