This was the first time having our car repaired. A deer causing $12k in damage. From dropping the car off for initial consult to picking it up fixed, was under 4 weeks. Props to Dawn and Melissa at Vive for helping us navigate the repair and insurance process with daily updates. Props to the guys behind the scenes and their great work. We received the car back detailed. They even made sure the Tesla emblem on the hood was "chrome deleted" as when we dropped it off. Unfortunate circumstances of a collision minimized by the great team at Vive.

Everyone was amazing from start to finish. I would recommend your body shop to everyone. I was worried what my vehicle would look like because it was my first time working with your body shop and we were both extremely satisfied.
