Dawn is awesome! She is always so organized and helpful with daily updates! The guys in the shop do work like my dad used to and it is fantastic. Jamie and Shawn went over all the work done on our car with me. They cleaned up things I wasn't sure could ever be cleaned up. The car was sparkling when I stopped in to pick it up today. I support and buy American made cars I like the parts that are used in the repair to be American made (as well as can be) I do appreciate the attention to detail when using aftermarket parts but the difference when in the past you used OEM parts as opposed to foreign made was always a sign of superior customer service and the right to argue and litigate the right of the insured in court to receive that top shelf quality seemed tarnished when you were always standing well above the rest

It took 5 weeks to fix a bumper and a front right light, housing, and front fender. I priced the parts from Mitsubishi directly! My father had been a body man and mechanic for over 50 years! The pricing was way off and what I was charged was outrageous! Then they had the audacity to charge me directly even more. Just very disappointed I know professionals auto body would NOT have charged me on top of almost making $10,000 for the job when I could’ve went elsewhere for half that! To think I’ve taken my vehicles, my late husbands vehicles, and sent anyone that needed work there for over 20 years :( never again!

This repair process was seamless from beginning to end. The relationship Vive has with Erie Insurance is a well-oiled machine. My agent, the adjuster and the representative from Vive, Dawn, really work well together. Dawn got me appointments to be seen very quickly and worked with Valerie, the adjuster. They both explained the process to me very clearly and thoroughly. The technicians at Vive were super friendly and helpful. They walked me through the work they would be doing and assured me things would be evaluated and repaired to the fullest extent possible. The progressive text messages are fantastic to let customers know what stage of work is taking place. Dawn had solid knowledge of and recommendations for how the car rental should work. They all know people from the various business partners involved and they work well together. Finally, the work done to my vehicle was excellent. The level of detail and care they took made my car look brand new. The detailing of the inside was such a bonus!!
