Lily's is very amazing. She made everything so easy and seamless. This was my first accident ever. I was very impressed with how much dedication and empathy she had. There was an issue with my insurance company getting my car towed to the shop. Lily contacted me just to greet me when she found out my car was towed in less than 2 hours to the shop. And that's real customer and dedication. I'm so appreciative for all she've done. She made this process less stressful and less emotional. She's amazing and needs a huge raise. Thanks again baby

Lily at the front desk is absolutely wonderful!!! She’s so knowledgeable and friendly and smoothed out the entire process for me with my insurance. Without her I would’ve been at a total loss and probably in tears.

Unbelievable staff, great communication and fantastic body work. Lilly and Paul were so easy to work with. They even set up Enterprise to pick me up at VIVE and brought me to their location to get my rental. Also, I was extremely busy on the day the car was completed and they were able to drop off our car and take rental back. I would highly recommend anyone in need a of ANY type of auto service to give VIVE an opportunity. You wont be disappointed.
