I’ve had a few car repairs of my own and handled multiple repairs on behalf of my (then teenage) children in multiple US states.,It’s an unfortunately large pool of experiences to compare to this one. ___ Without exaggeration, Vive Worcester provided the smoothest, most efficient, and pleasant experience I’ve ever had with an auto repair. I’d particularly like to praise the manager, Peter, who went out of his way to make sure all was well throughout. I get the sense that he’s a big reason for the site’s success. I hope he gets recognition for it!

Pete and Darren provided excellent service. The technician met me as I was leaving and proudly shared the great job. The only issue I had was the communication between Geico and Enterprise as completion dates were revised. I will recommend VIVE!

Did a fabulous job on repairs. My frustration was communication with Geico and Enterprise with completion date changes. Geico needed to authorize extensions for the rental car once VIVE modified the date. This happened due to parts arrival and calibration. Difficult to plan and frustration to need to communicate.
