I’m a bit upset that my back bumper had to be screwed back in when that is the reason I had you guys put a new one. The fact that during installation my car now has a crack also seems like the job was not done properly. To top it off I didn’t receive a discount for bringing my own lights when the insurance paid for one and that amount was never deducted.

The place doesn’t really communicate with you in terms of the status of your car. You have to call them yourself in order to get an update. And, the main person that answer call pretty much just know how to say hi and hello. She has no basic knowledge in terms of the car repair. Also, before the repair my car is running. Thirty minutes after getting it from them my car completely stopped running. I had to bring my car back to them to see what went wrong only for them to tell me I need to tow it to Honda dealership because they suspect it’s an engine failure. And, the engine failing has nothing to do with the accident so then the insurance won’t cover it and they won’t be fixing it. I had to pay for towing my car out of their facility to the dealership. You would think that after giving them almost 5k worth of business for repair they would at least take care of the towing since my car literally stop working after 30 minutes receiving it from them. I just never in my life experienced having my car repair and after receiving it 30 minutes later it died. Honda dealership says engine overheat from not having coolant.
