The car looks brand new. Also, Peter (the manager) kept us updated as needed. We would definitely return in the future should anything of our cars need body work.

Unfortunately my brand new vehicle was scratched while I was out grocery shopping and running errands. When I noticed the scratches, I was upset and contacted my carrier. My carrier recommended VIVE and within moments of talking to my adjuster I received a call scheduling my appointment at VIVE. They were courteous and professional. I was upset with it being a brand new vehicle and I was reassured they would take care of my vehicle and it looks amazing! I highly recommend!!!

My merceedes was hit from behind! And I did not trusted geico at first, after Paul the GM called me I took a chance to talk to him, and he assured me the best way he will fix it and when I picked up the car I found the replaced parts were accurately fit and the color is something which I felt is like when I bought the car first! The entire thing was done in a professional way with Paul informing me at each stage and delivered the fixed car with top notch quality!
