The status updates were great. The paint job is excellent. And the follow-up was handled very timely. I was treated exceptionally well by Mike and staff. Also, the Enterprise car rental process was a pleasant surprise too.

Mike,the Claim Rep for GEICO displayed to me a very disturbing attitude and continence. On my initial meeting with Mike he displayed DISBELIEF as I informed him of the damaged caused by the flying glass as it left the vehicle in front of me. Mike as well as Tony Hernandez, (Mike's Boss) was as leary as he was and told me he wasn't going to take care of the damages indicated. As far as right now, I haven't seen the completed job but I do know that both Mike and Tony denied repairing the errors/damages I pointed out to each of them;via telephone and in person. Very POOR SERVICE. I will pickup my vehicle tomorrow. Hopefully everything will be taken care of. Please send me another survey, this way I can inform you of the total repairs that was given.
