The feeling I got first, was a very knowledgeable crew from the people in the front office all the way to the workers that fixed my car. The only draw back I saw was being told I would be kept up to date on the repairs by text messages , and I wasn't . I received only 1 message and I had to call for updates. If you promise updates by text messages, then you should follow through on that promise.

My truck is not completed. I was called to pick it up and when I arrived the electronics for the mirror were nonfunctional. I then spent another 2 hrs at the Dodge dealership for them to tell me they are gonna need for additional time to diagnose what the problem is. The staff at WK was very apologetic but now I will be without my truck again and not sure about a rental/ loaner

got my car back hiting a bump sounds like front end is falling off had to go back inside to have code removed that I told at the guy at the desk with right front wheel damage I expected to see a alinement sheet

Did a great job and quick turnaround! Only issue is they don’t clean up the inside mess. This is 2nd car we had repaired and inside was dirty. They did offer to clean up the inside after we called but it was not clean and it’s a brand new car so my daughter was frustrated as she had to go clean it after. Overall always satisfied with WK and all the staff are great!
