Overall I think the repairs look good. I would have liked a little more follow-up throughout the 8 weeks my car was with you. I had no idea what the damage was or what was being fixed until I picked it up. There is still a spot rubbing on the drivers door and iit sounds like something might have been knocked loose under my front chair causing it to squeak when it moves now. I’m not sure if the interior was looked at or not. Also, where ever the car was parked on your property resulted in a nest of ants living in my car. We probably killed 200-300 ants the day I got the car back. We had to eventually spray ant killer inside the car to get rid of them.

I would have liked more insight into what needed to be done to my car. There was no communication about that throughout the process. When I works call the people handling the phone calls were always nice and would get me updates on the status/waiting on parts. I knew the repairs would take a while because you honest about your workload in the beginning, which I appreciated. The texts I received were a little misleading since it said my car works be ready around 6/26 but it didn’t really get finished until 7/12

Walker Smith was exceptionally professional. Even when I had issues with the insurance company Shannon and Mckenzie stepped in and handled it for me. Their work was exceptional and done in a timely fashion. My vehicle sat a shop for nearly 3 months and Walker Smith handled the project within weeks. I am very well pleased with their professionalism and service. I will definitely refer them to everyone I know.
