Repair technician could have more carefully monitored the left-to-right positional placement of the repaired/replaced rear bumper assembly. To have this finally remedied, it would cost me loss of the vehicle for likely half a day or more.

The only small issue I have is that the rubber seal around the window that they replaced was not also replaced. It was damaged with the frame of the window but the rubber outer seal was still the same piece and has small visible damage still.

The main repair was done excellent but I noticed some scratches and minor damages in the car done after repair seems they didnt take much care of the car

The wrong mirror came in & delayed repair. Which caused me to need to get a rental car for the week after for my scheduled vacation. They kindly keep my car until I came back from vacation. Grateful for the great service. I a got a complement on how great my car looked a week later.

My only complaint is the lack of communication. No one returns calls despite the answering message saying your call will be returned in 24-48 hours. Having to call 3 times and leave a message on the website before being contacted is poor customer service. The service on the vehicle and the price were wonderful.
