I came in for hail damage on my newer car. All of the people I dealt with have been very helpful and polite. The initial lady who answers the phone is very friendly. The reason that I did not give a 10 is because my hood had to be replaced and then painted. The paint job has some flecks in it. Bryan said to bring it back in and it will get taken care of. I might change my rating after this, but I haven't been able to bring it back in yet.
