The repair turned out great, though after the work was initiated it was discovered that an additional part was needed, and the part took several weeks to come in, so I think my truck was there almost 4 weeks. Not a huge issue, as I had another vehicle to use. However, when I picked my truck up, everything that had been in the bed of my truck had been shoved into the backseat area. Fortunately, there was no damage to my leather seats, but a bag of birdseed that had been in the back of the pick up was broken and was literally everywhere inside the cab - inside the heat vents, doorhandles, etc. Pretty easy to clean up with a vacuum, but not the kind of service that I have received in the past nor typically would expect from Hammer Chevrolet. I understand that they may have needed to clear those items out of the back of the truck to work on the truck bed, but I would’ve been happy to come by and pick them up to get them out of the way. I’ve always had great service in the past, and I’m sure this is an anomaly, but thought you might like to know.

My car was repaired quicker than I was expecting. When I picked it up the exterior had been washed and the interior was vacuumed. It was very nice to have my car back cleaner than what it was when I dropped it off. Customer service was great from beginning to end, thank you all!
