I brought my car in that had minor front end damage (due to an individual)and was told would only take a day due to parts being pre ordered and painted and prepped..So Mike and I planned it out to not inconvenience either one of us..I even brought my vehicle there the night before (Thursday11/17) so they would not be moving vehicle around in inclement weather the following day.Was asked to give them an additional day *Friday 11/18 due to front bumper not aligning up properly which was understandable due to unforseen previous owner damage..Monday 11/21/22 5pm picked vehicle up after work drove home and inspected further and was very disappointed bumper now has runs and over spray... glue that has been painted over in the body seams and to make it even worse they left the original broke lower grill on...1 out 5 star work!!!! For all it was worth they should've probably just repaired the original or I should've just went elsewhere but i had to use one of Farmers Certified body shops!!!!

I would not recommend services to anyone Friend or Foe not only did they not put the car together properly they took items out of my vehicle as if I wouldn't know it doesn't matter if my car is messy or not I know what items I have in it

When I got the car back numerous features in my car are not working at all however they were working when I sent the car into the shop the shop owner Mike informed me that I had to take the car to Honda to get it fixed Honda in for me Mike was wrong nevertheless the car was not put together properly. The front bumper hood and door frames are off Center and the car shakes terribly when it's driving and part of my hood flew off my vehicle while I was driving down the highway I have reached out to my insurance to let them know how bad of a job they did considering my insurance pay almost $7,000 and I paid over $500 myself I would like my car to be fixed properly considering it was paid for properly please reach out to me via email and or cell phone you can reach me at [email protected] or 785-220-5223 thank you for your concern and assistance. It could have been better and the owner Mike could have assisted properly and fixing my car and not let the car leave the lot knowing it was not centered and not working properly considering how much I paid I would like it fixed ASAP
