This is my second time using Dodge Chrysler of Warrensburg Missouri, I'm very happy with them, only problem we had was getting parts in and Not cracked or broken which is not their fault. But I've loved the service I received from the people are great to work with they keep you posted and updated on everything I'll still use them no matter if it's a part problem getting in because that's not their problem

Yes, I am pleased with the results and the office personnel were very pleasant. As I have expressed, my only disappointment was not knowing the reason it was taking so long to get the car back so that I could plan my days accordingly.

The car looks great. My one disappointment was that Crysler didn’t communicate with me about the progress on my car. I was told that it would take about five days and it was nine days before I got my car back.

-For the same reason as I previously stated—They were great face to face, but after the initial contact I wasn’t notified that the parts were in or when to bring them the car in for repair. I finally called them on a Thursday and was told to bring the car in on Monday. I brought the car in as directed on Monday and was told to bring it back on Tuesday because the shop floors were being replaced. I thought I could have been saved a trip there with a simple phone call. I had been told that my car would be ready by the end of that week. Finally, after a week of not hearing anything, I called again on Tuesday , (a week after I had left it for repair) and found that it would not be ready until the end of that week. I was very happy to get a call that I could pick up my car finally on that Thursday afternoon —nine days after I had left it. As I indicated, I am pleased with the repair work but just a bit disappointed with the communication to let me know what and when to expect to have my transportation back.
