This shop went out of their way to correct the kind of mistakes that happen when you are working with people. They even went out of pocket to pay for a rental vehicle so we would not have to be without a car while ours was returned for a repair. They did some small damage to the vehicle during the fix. They readily admitted the mistake and fixed it as if it never happened
