The car was not adequately repaired, if repaired at all. It's truly remarkable, isn't it? They simply replaced the rim hubcap and performed some "alignment" work. To compound the issue, they used the same tire that was previously on the severely bent rim. Hard to believe! Despite their so-called repairs, the vehicle still veers to the right, jolts, and vibrates while in motion. I am completely furious! I assure you, I will never, under any circumstances, trust a body shop recommended by insurance again, especially not Waters Auto Body. The only positive aspect is that they did replace the burnt-out lightbulbs on the right side, which were damaged in the collision. However, how can a collision repair shop neglect to fix the electrical issues in my center console caused by the accident? Now I must take it to another shop solely to address the electrical problem that they conveniently disregarded. Furthermore, I have to endure the inconvenience of having it re-inspected and properly repaired. This situation is simply unacceptable! As if that weren't enough, the owner of the shop had the audacity to suggest that I was fabricating the events. It is clear that they opted for the most cost-effective repair option in order to save money for the insurance company. Once I receive the damage report from my new shop, I will gladly share.
