You guys fixed the car with out telling me if the insurance going to cover it or not plus you guys didn’t tell me how much I had to pay, if I knew it’s going to cost me a $1000 dollars I would’ve fixed it at my friend’s shop for $600 plus after I saw the bad painting that you guys did at the first time then you guys re did it again, it was the worst experience for me at a body shop and waste of time.

This was all new to me so this falls under "lessons learned". The work was good though I found some scratches on a finished part. I was going to bring the vehicle back for that, but upon arrival at home and further inspection, I found a substance on my hood that looked like mud, but was really stuck on there. In removing it, it blemished the finish on the hood on that little part where the substance was. I waxed it and it fixed it somewhat. Before leaving the shop, inspect the vehicle as if you are at home was my lesson.

You guys did a great job and I'm really pleased with the matching of the paint it's dead on I was concerned about that cuz I see a lot of cars that the quarter panel and the hood or the door doesn't match very well but I must say that you guys did a great job thanks so much
